The Securus Mobile app is now compatible exclusively with Android versions 9.0 and above. Make sure to upgrade to the latest version for optimal performance.
To create and manage your connections with incarcerated individuals conveniently, the app offers a variety of features, including:
- Establish a Securus Online account, which is necessary for accessing both the app and website.
- Modify your password and 4-digit PIN.
- Set up security questions to facilitate easy password recovery.
Video Connect®
The app allows you to:
- Sign up for Video Connect and plan video calls with your incarcerated loved ones from anywhere with Wi-Fi or cellular data at all participating Securus locations.
- Subscribe to Video Connect services if available.
- View your upcoming video sessions and synchronize them with your calendar.
- Receive alerts about forthcoming video calls.
- Manage photo identification, monitor transaction history, and oversee your credit/debit card accounts.
- Conduct a test of your Wi-Fi or cellular signal to ensure a quality Video Connect experience.
*For optimal audio quality and to minimize echo, it's recommended to use a headset or earbuds equipped with a microphone during Video Connect sessions.
Prepaid Calling Account Management
AdvanceConnect enables you to fund an account for receiving calls at chosen phone numbers. You can:
- Add funds to your AdvanceConnect account to ensure you're always ready for incoming calls.
- Select from available call subscription packages.
- Check your account balance.
- Modify or add phone numbers authorized to receive calls.
- Review call details and transaction summaries.
- Examine the history of the most recent call attempts to numbers.
- Block or unblock specific calls.
- Enroll in AutoPay or TextPay options.
- Update your credit/debit card information as necessary.
Securus Debit allows you to deposit money into an account for your contact to spend on:
- Making calls to any number they wish.
- Purchasing music, games, and movies for their tablet devices.
- Booking and funding a Video Connect session.
- Buying stamps for sending eMessages and digital greeting cards.

With eMessaging, you can:
- Subscribe and buy 'stamps'.
- Exchange messages seamlessly.
- Send and receive eCards—digitally crafted cards designed to uplift spirits.
- Include photos in your messages.
- Utilize Snap n’ Send™ to capture a selfie or select a photo from your device gallery to share with your contact.
- Attach multiple items—up to 5 eCards or photos per message.
- Transfer stamps to your contact or prepay them for responses.
- Send a 30-second VideoGram.
